All orders will be processed the same working day if placed before 17:00pm (Monday to Friday). Any orders placed after this time, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Next day delivery is subject to items being available in stock at the time of purchase. All furniture items must be placed by 14:00pm to qualify for next day delivery, any orders placed after this time will be delivered within 48hrs, excluding furniture installations and made to order items.

All deliveries will be made between 8:00am and 18:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

The delivery lead time calculator does not distinguish between stocked and made-to-order bespoke items. The latter will have a longer lead time. If you require an urgent delivery but are uncertain about whether the item in question is made-to-order, please reach out to our customer team via chat. They will assist in confirming likely delivery lead times.
