Returns Policy

Our full returns procedure follows. A separate returns policy is in place for furniture, which can be also found below.


Cancellation Policy:


Q - I have placed an order on the website, but I wish to cancel, is this possible?

A - Of course, you can cancel your order before the goods have shipped, just call us or email us, we're open between 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

If you wish to cancel your order after the products have been dispatched, please refer to the returns section below.


Goods Damaged in Transit:

If any goods were damaged in transit, we require you to report it to us within two working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note with the word damaged. We will then arrange the collection and replacement items to be sent to you within 24 hours of you reporting this to us subject to stock availability.


Faulty Goods:

If your product is faulty or should become faulty, you can obtain a replacement within the product’s warranty period after the defect has been verified by the manufacturer. In this instance, you will need to be able to provide your order number. This also applies to all ink and toner cartridges.

A - If you change your mind (Within 30 Days)

If you have changed your mind within 30 days from the day after the goods were delivered, then you are entitled to a full refund. You must take good care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will:

- Not upload any software (included in the package onto any computer or laptop device)

- Return the product in good working condition with all packaging undamaged or opened, manuals, cables etc to be included (Excludes Furniture - see separate Terms and Conditions

- NB* Please note that plain copier paper is non-returnable under this circumstance.

Please contact us as soon as you're aware and we will arrange a collection and re-delivery of the correct item.

Please note, if you do not report within 48hrs of receipt of the delivery, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement.

We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect items and replacement of correct items within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.

If you requested a refund and no longer require the item originally ordered this could take 2-3 days to reach your account.

Supplementary Terms & Conditions


All furniture deliveries are completed with at least a kerb side drop, this means your items will be delivered to the nearest point possible to the front door of the building without restrictions. Some couriers will take into the building, but this is limited to insurance restrictions.

Should you require a positional delivery i.e. taking to a floor or room of choice, this needs to be arranged with our sales team by calling 0800 321 3651. Dependant on the type and quantities of items being ordered, this may incur an additional charge.

Pallet deliveries may be made by an articulated vehicle. The buyer must notify the seller of any access restrictions at the time of order via phone. Failure on the buyers part may result in additional charges incurred for failed delivery due to access restrictions.



Should you receive goods in a damaged state, please sign the delivery note as damaged.

Such damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email through images of the damages to so that we can then pass them onto the couriers responsible.

We will endeavour to replace the damaged items on a next day delivery service, but collection of the damaged items may be slightly longer. Should the damage be reported outside of these terms we may not be able to provide a replacement item.



Any furniture items which are received and not in full working order will be replaced free of charge. On some occasions we may send an engineer to fix the problem, this will be at our expense.


Made To Order

Made to order furniture items are non-returnable and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please refer to the expanded product description on the relevant product display page for more information on whether an item is a made to order / bespoke item.


No longer required

We can only accept returns on furniture items if the original packaging hasn’t been opened, damaged or torn. Items returned which have clearly been opened will result in the item being returned back to you and a refund not provided. We are unable to resell any furniture that has been opened or built.

All furniture returns are chargeable and will be only accepted within 14 days. This includes all electrical furniture components. 


Time Sensitive Items 

All dated product is non-returnable after December 10th of the previous year. For example, any 2019 dated products are non returnable after December 10th 2018. All 2020 dated products are non-returnable after December 10th 2019.

For Academic Diaries, returns can only be accepted before the end of May of the prior academic year.
